- Check In – 1:00 pm
- Check out – 11:00 am
- Booking amount is Non-Refundable
- No charge for child below three years and children above eight years normal charge
Lunch & Dinner Available Only by Prior Intimation:
- Lunch: Order accepted till 10.30 am
- Dinner: Order accepted till 05.30 pm
- Outside food strictly prohibited
- Additional Breakfast/ Hi-tea/Dinner: Available at Extra charge
- Child Below 3 yrs.: Complimentary
Child:
- 3-8 yrs.: Rs. 100/- Per Meal, Rs. 50/- Breakfast
- Child Above 8 yrs.: Consider as Adults
- PL. Note: Breakfast/ Hi tea : Minimum 20 Minutes for Preparation
OUTSIDE FOOD STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- Breakfast timing: 8.30 am To 10.30 am
- Lunch timing: 1.00 pm To 2.30 pm
- Dinner timing : 8.30 pm To 10.00 pm
Things to remember at Kulkarni’s Farm
- Any damage to the property will be chargeable
- We accommodates only families/groups
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, dining area. If found fine is applicable.
- Usage of Swimming Pool is entirely at the risk & responsibility of the Guest.
- Management will not be responsible in any circumstance.
- THERE IS NO LIFE-GUARD AT POOL.
- In any circumstances, children should not be left unattended in the pool area.
- Proper Swimming attire is compulsory. Guests are requested to carry swimming suit.
- Playing of soft music will be permitted till 10 pm. only under certain terms and conditions.
- Consumption of any drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are requested to present valid photo identification at the time of Check In
- The management will not be responsible for any kind of loss or damage of your personal belongings
- No charge for child below three years
- Children above eight years normal charge
